As a young boy I witnessed my first big storm. I guess my emotions were a mixture of both fear and awe. As I started chasing this big weather I came addicted to the beauty of it. The ever changing winds result in unique sky sculptures again and again.

Capturing this on a large format camera is almost a humbling attempt to show the grandeur of mother nature.

All images were shot on film on a large format panorama camera or 4x5" view camera. The images are pure and not enhanced by any computer.
