Julie Blackmon

Julie Blackmon is a renowned fine art photographer who works in her hometown of Springfield, Missouri. Her photographic works are elaborately staged in and around her home and incorporate members of her large family. Her images draw inspiration from art history, particularly Dutch and Flemish paintings while retaining a whimsical touch. Each photograph is a portrayal of everyday life with a playful twist.
