Vivian Keulards is a portrait photographer, born and raised in the Netherlands and returned to her home country this summer (2013) after living in Evergreen (Colorado) for 3 years. In 2009 she succesfully graduated at the Photo Academy in Amsterdam. Her fascination for images and photography started at the KUN University (Nijmegen, Netherlands) where she gained a Master Degree in Communication Science in 1995. Vivian was a Critical Mass finalist (Photolucida) in 2012 and 2013 and recently she was selected twice as a Dutch photography talent by several curators (NEW Dutch Photography Talent 2012 by GUP and SO 2013 by PANL). Her work is part of several collections (like the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston) and her portraits were shown in different group shows in The US. Her American project '80439, Bloody Mary and Sloppy Joe' was shown in a solo show at CPAC in Denver and at the Naarden FotoFestival in the Netherlands this year.
