Tim Carpenter's Favorite Books of 2024

A Poor Sort of Memory — Tracy L Chandler.   Published by Deadbeat Club.

Chandler’s take on her childhood in the California desert — as an adult, from a remove – is an unsettling meditation on how we deal with the past in an unforgiving world. Deadbeat Club crushed it this year with this and numerous other titles.
