By profession the author is an oral surgeon, yet one of the great new generation of the influential Kharkiv School of Photography, that was spawned by such greats as Boris Mikhailov, and Evgeniy Pavlov, amongst others. The use of gauze in the design and Krasnoshchok's distinctive printing style brings the viewer into the waiting room of human experience.
