Berthier designed and built a yacht camouflaged in the form of vernacular rocks. He photographed the boat, then inserted its figure into found postcards. His monograph organizes the beguiling results into vertically stacked triplets. The result is a delightfully wacky book of creative whims, whose charming design is the perfect vehicle for its odd subject.
