My favorite photobooks tend to be modest. It's rare that I fall in love with a book that has more than eighty photographs. The idea of a publication with 1295 pictures being my favorite of the year was unthinkable. But there is no denying the force of Whatever You Say, Say Nothing. It's the exception that that left me speechless.
