Last year, Japanese publisher
Super Labo launched a series of perfect bound and saddle-stitched publications with Ed Templeton's
Coming to Grips and Joel Meyerowitz's
Redheads. This year,
Super Labo has expanded its catalogue with five new titles (with potentially more to come in the fall). The new books have arrived at our warehouse and, although modest in size, they are rich in content. In this round of publications, Alec Soth's post-Mardi Gras project
Ash Wednesday, New Orleans and Osamu Kanemura's street chaos
Stravinsky Overdrive. Also a selection of Joel Meyeorwitz's images with a floral motif
Wild Flowers and the mostly black, super-saturated images of snowboarding at night in Tomonori "rip" Tanaka's
Night Rider. These titles are currently in stock, with a limited quantity of signed copies of
Night Rider and
Stravinsky Overdrive available.
Super Labo’s other late summer publication, Todd Hido's fabricated narrative
Nymph Daughters will be arriving soon to our warehouse and is available for pre-order.
Please note that adding a book to your shopping cart does not reserve a copy; orders must be finalized to appear in our system. However, due to the extremely limited number of some books, we cannot guarantee a copy for every finalized order.
